A way to submit your tracks to our A&R team and get you known.

Why should I leave my details?
Because we need to get in touch with you and manage your personal data in compliance with privacy regulations.

How Time LAB works?
Very simple: send your details and your finished track (demos are not accepted). If your track is considered as suitable, we will get in touch with you and submit you the recording agreement. Once you have uploaded your track you will receive an automatic notification. If your track is not considered as suitable, you will not receive any notification.

Can I refuse to sign the agreement you submit to me?
Of course, you can. We will submit you our standard agreement based on the current market conditions but in the event you are not able to accept our terms you will be free to reject the deal. In this case – obviously – we will not release your track.

Why should I send my track for Time LAB?
Time has an experience of 36 years in the music business and has always been keen to sign new talents, but this is the first label of Time group wholly conceived for this purpose. Time A&R time is looking for new talents, production teams, songwriters as well as widening the producer roster. The release of the first track could be just the beginning of a new collaboration. On a second stage our team can ask you to send more material, create remixes, collaborate with other artists of Time LAB or prominent artists of Time roster.

Information on the processing policy of personal data treatment in consequence to subscription to Time LAB

The purpose of this data protection statement is to inform you about the purpose of the collection and processing of your data in consequence to the subscription to Time LAB.
1. Identity and contact data of the Responsable of Treatment
The Responsable of Treatment data is Time Spa , headquartered in  Via Sorbanella 22/A – 25125 Brescia P.IVA 03449450174 -The contact details of  the body responsible are as follows: e-mail timerec@timerec.it
2.  Purpose of processing data and legal basis of processing data.
The personal data being processed are personal; contact data are collected through the site form www.timerec.it. Personal data, freely provided, shall be exclusively used  for the requested services and for sending you confirmation of the same. The legal basis of the processing of personal data for the purpose of recording  the request , is the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations
3. Method of processing personal data and place of processing
Personal data will be processed, in compliance with the GDPR, in paper and telematic form applying logics strictly related to the declared purposes and, in any case, with all procedures that will guarantee the security and confidentiality of data process. There won’t be automated profiling decision-making processes. Personal data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller and no  transfer of personal data to persons established in non-EU countries , will be considered. Personal data processed for legal or contractual obligations are stored for 10 years
4. Recipients of personal data and persons who may become  and place of processing.
Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose here described and solely by authorized persons defined by the Data Controller or/and by third parties acting as Data Processors , specially appointed by the Holder - Personal data provided will not be disseminated or published and may be disclosed only to third parties necessary for the performance of legal and contractual obligations
5. Rights of the interested party
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for access to personal data and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning them (as for Artt  15 e ss. of the rule).The appropriate request is made by contacting the Data Controller at the addresses in this statement. Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them takes place in violation of the provisions of the GDPR , have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority on the website www.garanteprivacy.it, or to refer the matter to the appropriate courts.
